Take a few minutes to get to know Brady Evans. Brady joined Red Stag Fulfillment in 2017 and is now the Sales Manager for RSF. While he is headquartered in our Knoxville office, Brady serves potential clients from around the world.
Before working at RSF, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
Managing an Atlanta escape room. My job was to manage and grow a small business, but the most interesting part was the day-to-day activity of locking people in a room and watching them try to escape.
How has RSF helped you in your career development?
RSF has allowed me to gain a much deeper understanding of the eCommerce and logistics industries as a whole. During my time in business development with RSF, I’ve probably been able to network with leaders of more than 7,000 eComm companies and through those conversations, I’ve learned even more about a wide variety of business models and strategies, from high-growth, venture-backed startups to entrepreneurs working out of their garages to household brands branching into eCommerce for the very first time. It’s been my job to quickly understand each company’s business model and discover how Red Stag can help them reach their various business goals.
If you could switch your job with anyone else within RSF, whose job would you want?
Definitely with someone in HR. I am an extrovert who loves face-to-face interactions. I would enjoy recruiting new talent to RSF as well as getting to know and seeking to understand the people who have made RSF what it is today.
What do you like most about working at RSF?
I’ve liked most that RSF is always growing. It is unbelievable where we are now compared to where we were when I began four years ago. Our growth paired with a booming and competitive industry has kept what I do fresh and interesting. We are constantly adapting to new obstacles in order to keep RSF on an upward trajectory.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Continuing to be a leader in the business development department. Or maybe heading up the UK business development team…

Taking my girls on mission trips. I’m excited to take them to India someday.

What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
