We are hiring a VP Fulfillment Operations to join our executive leadership team. This is a full-time role, reporting directly to our CEO and working primarily out of our Sweetwater, TN warehouse operation (with travel required). About the role: The world of eCommerce is moving at lightning speed, and we need an entrepreneurial, hands-on, multi-faceted builder who can honor our tradition of operations excellence and scale it to service our growing number of valued clients.  Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a vital member of our executive leadership team, the VP Fulfillment Operations will be chiefly accountable for what we do every minute, every hour, every day – fulfillment.    Each day at Red Stag, we re-earn our clients' trust by exceeding their expectations across a number of key deliverables - and the VP Fulfillment Operations is accountable for these.  The person selected for this position will be responsible for mastering, enhancing, and scaling our fulfillment systems and processes; building new functions; launching new sites; and cultivating our internal leadership pipeline - all while exceeding daily service level expectations of our valued clients.
