This information may include your name, email address, telephone number, address, information contained in your resume and cover letter, LinkedIn profile URL, citizenship/employment eligibility, information related to your availability, criminal convictions, information related to experience, information related to military service, desired salary, earliest start date, whether you were referred to the job by a current RSF employee or company affiliate (and, if yes, the name of the RSF employee), information related to whether you currently work for RSF or have worked for RSF in the past, gender, race/ethnicity, veteran status, and disability status.
You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of the Website, or transmitted to other users of the Website or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Website with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

- Microsoft collects or receives personal information from our users or us to provide Microsoft Advertising (including through individual end user tracking and data sharing with third parties for advertising and marketing purposes). We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our Website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for Website optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.
