CORE SERVICES
D2C, retail, and Amazon from one operation
All three channels run from a shared inventory pool — one receiving process, one location for inventory, one team managing all outbound. Eliminates stock splits, separate ordering minimums, and duplicated labor.
D2C Fulfillment
Parcel and pallet shipments direct to end consumers. Red Stag holds negotiated rate agreements with FedEx and UPS — brands ship at those contracted rates rather than their own.
Small parcel (FedEx, UPS) and LTL pallet shipments
Negotiated carrier rates passed to the brand
96% of the U.S. reached in 2 days via ground
Same-day, next-day, and custom SLA windows
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce native integrations

UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, UPS Next Day Air
LTL via partner carriers for pallet-size D2C orders

Retail Fulfillment
Compliant distribution to major retailers and specialty chains. Routing guide adherence, EDI processing, and pallet builds to retailer specification — each step handled to avoid chargebacks before they’re issued.

ASNs and compliant GS1-128 labeling

FBA prep: FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, bubble-wrapping, case packs
Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP): same-day cut-off, SLA compliance
FBM / Merchant Fulfilled: standard parcel fulfillment via Amazon channel
Vendor Central: routing guides, EDI, compliant ASNs to Amazon DCs
Amazon channel integration via connector apps
SFP SLA compliance guaranteed under the On-Time Shipping Guarantee
FBA Prep Capabilities
FNSKU and ASIN label application
Poly-bagging with suffocation warning labels
Bubble wrap and foam padding
Case pack and master case configurations

VALUE-ADDED SERVICES
Kitting, returns, and special projects
Value-added services run through the same team and floor as standard fulfillment — not a separate contractor. Work is scheduled alongside outbound orders, not treated as overflow.
Kitting & Assembly
Component-level assembly into finished kits, subscription boxes, retail bundles, and FBA inner-case configurations. Kitting is priced per project based on kit complexity and volume.
Retail bundles and multi-packs

Lot & Serial Tracking
Lot tracking is included on every SKU in the Red Stag WMS — it is not a paid add-on. Every unit received is tagged to a lot at inbound, and that lot association travels with the unit through to shipment.
Lot tracking on every SKU — standard, not billed separately
Serial number capture at receiving and at pick
Expiration date management with FEFO rotation
Recall support: full traceability from lot to specific orders shipped
Lot-level reporting available in WMS portal
Relevant for supplements, food/beverage, medical devices, regulated goods, and any product subject to recall or traceability requirements.
Special Projects
One-off work that doesn’t fit a standard category. Red Stag has handled a wide range of non-standard requests — product photography staging, in-warehouse events, custom builds for trade shows, and unusual rework jobs.
Custom labeling and re-stickering projects
Product photography staging support
Trade show prep and custom kit builds
One-time rework campaigns
Donation and disposal coordination

PRODUCTS WE FULFILL
We’ve shipped over one billion pounds of products other 3PLs won’t touch
Red Stag was built for big, heavy, and bulky products — items that stress standard 3PL systems and incur frequent damage, mis-routing, and carrier surcharges. The operation is also equipped for high-velocity smaller items run alongside large-package programs.
Large-package note: Products that trigger UPS Large Package or FedEx Oversize surcharges are our core volume. Warehouse dimensions, packing equipment, and team training are sized for these items first.
