I love this quote from Zach Stuck, founder of growth marketing agency Homestead, on what you need to be successful in ecomm:
 
“You need a product people want and incredible margins. Then stack on a good offer + clever ad creative and you’re there.
 
People over complicate eCommerce all the time.”
 
Of course, there’s more to it. But also, it’s easy to overcomplicate and overengineer.
