This dynamic team of account managers and client support staff are here to help our clients grow their business. Whether they are assisting with growth and transportation strategies or helping our clients ensure their packages are picked/packed and delivered with the utmost accuracy. This team is the backbone of our company taking care of all the little details needed for successful partnerships.

What do you do at RSF?:
Manage key accounts, assist the other account managers and support specialists, and oversee the structure and growth of our department.

Tell us about yourself:
I love spending time with my wife and children. I also play bass guitar and drums, I’m an avid World of Warcraft player, and I’m a huge fan of professional wrestling.

Tell us about yourself: Recently I have taken up Mountain Biking and take advantage of our local trails as much as possible!

How long have you been at RSF? 5 Years

What do you do at RSF?: I maintain and grow Red Stag’s relationship with our Clients.

Tell us about yourself: In my free time I play as much golf as possible with my family and friends. My mom, dad, brother, brother-in-law, and wife all play. We are collectively trying to teach my four-year-old son. I’m not very good, but I enjoy the game. Also, my family goes to Disney every Christmas.

How long have you been at RSF? 5.5 Years

What do you do at RSF?: I worked in operations at RSF for four years before transitioning to Client Services. As an Account Manager, I both build and maintain relationships with our valued partners.

Tell us about yourself: I’m a big fan of craft coffee and craft beer, and a bit of a foodie (mostly cooking at home). I enjoy hiking in my free time, as well as simply enjoying downtime at home with my wife and our two cats!

Job Title: Client Support Specialist

How long have you been at RSF?
3 Months

What do you do at RSF?: Assist in performing package traces, reroutes, stop and returns, filing and checking claim status’, and anything else I am able to assist with. Assisting clients is always a pleasure! 

Tell us about yourself: I play guitar and banjo and love writing and singing.

Job Title: Senior Client Support Specialist

How long have you been at RSF: Since September 2014 (6 Years!)

What do you do at RSF?: Training and department development. I help with the day-to-day, mostly transit-related/reverse logistic issues: traces, reroutes, claims, and return labels. The support team and I also help sort incoming messages and forward them to the correct person/department. 

Tell us about yourself: I play a handful of instruments, and I love writing music!

Job Title: Onboarding Specialist/Client Experience Associate

How long have you been at RSF? 5.5 years

What do you do at RSF?:My first 4 years were spent in operations. Nearly 1 year ago, I transitioned to a client support role. Currently, I am an On-Boarding Specialist helping clients get set up and started with RSF.

Tell us about yourself: I’m passionate about the guitar and try to spend some part of my day getting better at the instrument. I also enjoy exercising, reading, and I have a chug (pug/chihuahua mix) named Porkchop.

What do you do at RSF?: I do my best to make every client’s experience as seamless and problem-free as possible.

Tell us about yourself: Whether it is scuba diving in the ocean, skiing in the Rockies, or living in another country, I am always seeking adventure.

3 Weeks

What do you do at RSF?: In this role, we assist in address changes, reroutes, stop and returns, requesting traces, filing claims along with checking claim status’, and working along with our carriers to better assist. 

Tell us about yourself: Kayaking is my top hobby. The equalizer and tranquility of the water brings me absolute peace.

What do you do at RSF?:  I maintain and grow Red Stag’s relationship with our Clients.

Tell us about yourself: I enjoy hiking, kayaking, cycling – basically anything outdoors.   Nature is where I find absolute serenity!  

Ryan Marine

Ryan Marine

Job Title: Business Analyst

How long have you been at RSF?
2 weeks

What do you do at RSF?: I examine inbound and outbound shipping costs and transit times to provide clients with comprehensive, data-driven insights on inventory optimization and cost savings. Additionally, I try to aggregate the data of various national and regional carriers to help RSF make long term decisions regarding fulfillment center locations and new partnerships.

Tell us about yourself: I enjoy reading, playing golf, eating cajun food, and studying French in my spare time.
